It was a brilliant two days at our Easter Star Bakers Course!
Pupils had a great time learning lots of new skills and techniques in the kitchen. Well done to all the bakers that joined us and a special mention to Alicie for winning Star Baker!
A massive thank you to Richard, Head Chef at The Star in Lingfield, for joining us as our guest judge, the children loved it! Every child took home their own recipe book filled with everything they had made.
All profits from the course have been donated to The Lingfield Foundation, helping broaden access to a Lingfield College education and supporting the launch of Lingfield Ignite in 2027.
