As part of their Stone Age studies, Year 3 had a hands-on experience at Wilderness Woods this week.
Pupils were able to handle a variety of replica prehistoric artefacts and learn about how they would have been used. They created carvings and worked collaboratively, using their critical thinking and creative skills to build shelters for a small cuddly toy.
They had an amazing time learning about what life was like thousands of years ago. Surrounded by the wilderness, this immersive experience provided an unforgettable day of learning and fun!
