This weekend saw an unforgettable football match as the Old Lingfieldians faced off against the Lingfield College 6th Form First Team. In a nail-biting contest, the game ended in a thrilling 3-3 draw, with both teams putting on an impressive display of skill and determination. The crowd, made up of alumni, parents, and students, cheered on from the sidelines, creating an electric atmosphere.
After the match, players and supporters alike headed to The Star Inn for well-deserved social drinks, offering the perfect opportunity to reminisce, catch up, and share stories from both sides of the field. It was a day filled with camaraderie, friendly competition, and community spirit.
